For over 21 years Neledzi Cleaning Services (Pty) LTD has grown into a thriving cleaning services enterprise that strives for the utmost quality and services excellence.
Our clients and their requirements are held in the highest regard. Our mission is to ensure that our clients are able to focus on their core business practices while we oversee their cleaning services needs.
Neledzi, which means “A Star” in Venda, was started in 1998 by the CEO Mr. Patrick Makhubela after his departure from Setsebi-Prestige. It is 100% black owned and directly managed by previously disadvantaged individuals.
The management of Neledzi understands the word “transformation”, as all of them started at the bottom and worked themselves through the ranks to gain essential knowledge and subsequently implement it to our clients.
Our cleaners are trained by Services SETA accredited Institutions to deliver the highest quality service and professionalism.
Our Executive Management Team consist of the CEO and Executive directors.
Our head office staff consists of highly competent professionals that ensure all aspects of our business runs smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for all our Administration, Payroll, HR, Specialized Services, Hygiene, Pest Control, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

As conscious and focused as we are on our valued clients, we are also focused on the South African society and the environment.
Neledzi Cleaning Services use environmentally friendly chemicals that are approved by the SABS. In addition, we are working on the ISO 9000 registration.
Neledzi conform to the Labour Legislation, Employment Equity and Empowerment issues. These include Labour Relations Act, Fair Labour Practice, Black Economic Empowerment Act, Skills Development Acts, and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. In addition we conform to excellent business practice, ethics and fair governance.
Neledzi’s social responsibilities extend to our staff and their rights and needs as employees. Our strategy is to employ previously disadvantaged men and women with various skills and experience. We contribute to the skills development fund which enables us to up-skill our employees through various training programs approved by the services SETA and NCCA.
Neledzi Cleaning services employee Trust has been established, with employee trustees and independent trustee, with 5% shareholding by management & cleaners with over 10 years of service.
Neledzi also offers free training for new entrants to the industry and pay for their transport costs for the duration of the programme. We also assist all our staff with study loans, funeral expenses and school fees where possible.
Our staff is important to us, because they form an integral part in the success of Neledzi being the preferred choice in cleaning services.
